occurrenceRemarks	Giant River Otters are very fun to watch! Highly social, almost always interacting with other members of the family, we were able to watch them for a good 15 or 20 minutes. They had an island in the middle of the river which they enjoyed playing on, pushing each other off the rocks, or marking territory on the main island. What was interesting was their alarm response (last image), showing them bolt upright in the water, facing off the threat - which in this case was just a large clamp of weeds floating down the river!
