identificationRemarks Hi Cristóvão. *Gomesa flexuosa *does look similar to *Gomesa bifolia*. The pseudobulbs of *Gomesa flexuosa *are widely spaced along a creeping rhizome (not shown in your photos). The side lobes are proportionately much smaller, and the midlobe is more kidney-shaped. Königer describes the callus of *Gomesa flexuosa *"forming at the base an elevated blade, 3-apiculate in front and pubescent above, in front of it on both sides with 2-3 small, distant teeth, the callus in the apical half with 3 short lamellae irregularly gibbous above."
